Infertility Support

I have spent much of my career working with women and couples struggling to conceive or remain pregnant. Infertility affects almost every aspect of a person’s life and can leave one feeling depleted, hopeless and frustrated. Infertility is one of the first life crises an individual and/or couple face–it shakes your world and future in a way that you likely have not experienced before.

Research shows that depression among women with infertility is extensive – on par with those going through cancer treatments. Men also struggle and have heightened levels of anxiety and depression. Engaging with a mental health professional can help you navigate the many thoughts and feelings that arise. Together, we can come up with alternate ways of coping and decrease stressors. While we may not be able to change your circumstances, we do have control over how you’re living day to day and can work on having you feel more empowered, balanced and hopeful.
