Psychotherapy

Therapy is a process that requires vulnerability, exploration and openness. My style of working is relational and collaborative. I believe that each therapeutic relationship is unique and must be the right fit for you. The best outcomes are achieved when you feel comfortable with the person you are working with and together we create a space that feels safe.

I have been trained in many therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and also regularly use mindfulness techniques to manage stress and anxiety. and use all three modalities in my practice. It is my hope that you will gain insight into the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and we will work together to establish more helpful ways to work through your stress.
